Single issues $13.00, $19.00 institution, foreign add $5.00. Payment in advance is required on single issues as well as volume-year orders. Invoicing is not provided. There is no discount allowed on single issues.
All subscriptions must be ordered on a volume-year basis only, beginning with the March issue and expiring with the December issue. There are no nine-month school terms available. Student rate: $30.00 with a faculty member’s signature; Civil War Round Table rate: $35.00 with five members or more ordered at one time.
